Reporting Structure​

Reports to the Chief Investment Officer. This role identifies opportunities, develops relationships with institutional investors and leads teams to achieve growth targets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop new institutional business opportunities with key prospects and clients in key markets
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to broaden client pipelines and relationships
  • Responsible for sales and marketing plans to maximize new business opportunities
  • Assist in the development and launching of new products
  • Act as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of sales and marketing processes
  • Ensure that product and sales materials remain updated and focused for applicable presentations, conferences, or opportunities
  • Work closely with the team to further develop sales opportunities


  • Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field, MBA or CFA is preferred
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
  • At least 12+ years relevant experience within Investment Management firms, Hedge Funds or Private Equity with at least 5 years at the managerial level
  • SFC type 1 or 9 license
  • Self-motivated individual with a commitment to excellence and meeting sales targets
  • Must possess outstanding relationship management skills
  • Must have great presentation skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to focus and prioritize on key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
